|I am currently in the process of re-creating the work and life that I love.
I have taught Yoga since 1998 and the way I teach has changed. I have been strongly influenced by Kundalini Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and my study of the Chakras. My teaching comes out of my own personal practice, my continual studying of Yoga and spiritual texts and out of my students' needs.
In 2001 I first read the book Touch of Healing by Alice Burmeister and since then I don't think I have ever missed a day of Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-help.The study and practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu has moved me to a greater awareness of what an effortless reality is and aids me on my journey to wholeness.
The more I study and practice Yoga the more it effects the way I bring Jin Shin Jyutsu into my life. The more I do Jin Shin Jyutsu the more it influences how I practice and teach Yoga.
I have a strong Teacher Archetype. I love teaching. It fulfills and energizes me. I have a belief that the practice of Yoga & Jin Shin Jyutsu enhances self-knowledge facilitating inner growth and peace. I feel that all can benefit from these practices and blessed to be able to bring these Arts to my students.
Times are changing and I hold a lot of curiosity and wonder as I dream new dreams and open to an unfolding life.
